While I anxiously await news about Walter, I am grateful for my furry friends. Cherokee is keeping herself close to me, and she is giving me some comfort.
oh those peanut butter eyes …. just dreamy. They can sense when they’re needed. Oldest boy and baby girl have been staying with us of late, and Frankie has worn himself out “herding” her. She was having a hard time going to bed last night; he simply got up onto her bed (no small feat) and placed himself where her little hands could feel his fur .. and she was asleep within minutes.
The friend who is always at your side.
And I am grateful for her loyalty.
Cutie. He looks concerned. 🙂 He obviously feels your angst.
She does for certain, Deanne.
Cherokee is a beautiful girl. Its said that animals know when they are needed, I think she feels her loving Mom can use some eye kisses now.
We love our Cherokee, Libby. She makes us smile when we are feeling blue.
Our furry family members are always so comforting. Glad she’s there for you.
Me, too. I love our pups.

What a sweet story, MJ. I am glad Frankie was able to help baby girl get to sleep. I am sure he enjoyed her comfort, too. Sweet, sweet puppy.
