I’ve been so busy resting that I nearly let the day go by without capturing an image. Fortunately, this daylily waited for me. It was resting on the walkway. Apparently, it had a very busy day, too.
If you liked it, please share it.

I am married. We have two boys, two dogs, and two cats. I am on the Oxford Comma team. I look forward to my first large cup of coffee, black, every single morning, and I look forward to that second large cup of coffee, still black, every single afternoon.

I am resting, too. I love lillies and I feel like that one looks. Droopy.
Giggle, giggle. I think Droopy is a new dwarf. And, I am glad you are resting, Katy. The world is still turning, and life continues. You’ll be back in the mess in no time, so enjoy the rest.
Looks like a yellow ray of sunshine, though. 🙂
It did to me, too, Patti. I thought it made a pretty sunset flower for the end of the day.
I love that color of yellow…I could eat it up! Happy resting time!
Thank you, Angie.
You and a bright, yellow Lily … rays of sunshine.
Blessings – Maxi
You are so kind, Maxi. Thank you. Blessings back to you.
Nicely done, Ms. D!
I like the ‘organic vs. built’ and ‘soft vs. hard’ etc…
Thank you! I greatly appreciate you noticing those details, SIG. It was the fact that the flower was on the sidewalk that made me want to capture it. I liked the organic vs. built effect. You just made my day. Thanks!
