Listen. Did you feel that?

I was cranky. It was a school day morning, which means the alarm goes off before the rooster cocks his doodle-doo.

Mother Nature was expected to pay her regular visit. Though, as I get older, she doesn’t feel the need to work with my schedule; she prefers to show up irregularly, whenever she desires.

The boys were battling with each other within seconds of getting out of bed, and my husband slept peacefully amidst the school morning routine. Continue reading “Listen. Did you feel that?”

My Contribution to SHINE

Jacquelin Cangro writes, “In an effort to continue on my path to living more deliberately, I’m starting a new section of the blog.  The  germ of the idea came to me when I was volunteering for a non-profit organization by writing articles for their website. Not knowing things is confusing! I hope I know more and don’t know less in my next life. I also want to live in Maine in my next life. But, because I know for sure that I want to live in Maine in my next life, the information does not belong within a post specifically about things I know for sure that I don’t know. You know?
