Wednesday’s “What is it?”

Welcome to the week when I ratchet up my “What is it?” challenge level to HARD. Of course, I tend to think every challenge is hard, and you’ve all proven me wrong. So, I’ll lower the challenge to Medium Hard.

To start the month off on a happy note, I am offering prizes to the first two folks who identify the mystery photo correctly. The prizes will consist of me helping you in some way, shape, or form via telecommunication. I am sure we’ll be able to think of something I can do for you whether it be proofing/editing something, helping with a fundraiser (by making a donation), or updating and organizing your “Things to Do” calendar. If we are unable to think of something, I’ll be happy to make a donation to a charity of your choice.

So, what is it?  Leave a comment, letting me know what you think the photo shows. I’ll tell you the answer in my post on Friday.  (If you click on the photo to enlarge it, you will need to use the back-arrow to return to the post.)

NOTE: I am making all comments ‘pending approval’, so everyone can guess on their own. Comments will be ‘released’ on Friday.

  1. Holy shite. This one is hard. I do believe you have stepped OUT of the kitchen. Kick stand for a bike? This one is hurting my brain. 😦 I’m done guessing. ONE. AND. DONE.

    1. See what happens when you get me out of the kitchen, Deanne? Let me guess, you want me to go back to the kitchen next week, eh? Sorry for the headache.

  2. It’s …. it’s …. it’s ….it’s that that that THING!!! I know what it is, I just can remember it. Stupid brain!

    Good stumper this week, LD!

    1. No. I laughed loud at your guess though. You and Shout Abyss guessed the same thing just minutes apart. Wait. Has anyone seen the two of you in the same room at the same time? Hmmm….

    1. Seriously – I’ve spent so much time at the boys’ school, I was desperate. I just started taking pictures around the various rooms. Tough times call for tough measures, my friend. Tough times, tough measures, and tough pictures.

  3. Um . . . something from some kind of workout machine? (Even if that were close to right, I suppose I’d fail for specificity, huh?)

    1. Believe it or not, Deborah, sometimes folks have “lost” because they were too specific. Sometimes generalizations are a good thing. Though, this was not a workout machine.

That was my thought on the matter. Your comment?
