Less than 25 days remain in Project 366. Because this project is a snapshot of a year in my life, I wanted to document that for at least one day this year, the toilet in the boys’ bathroom is clean. For the record, the toilet in master bathroom is also clean. Living with three males, clean toilets do not last long. I’ll spare you the ‘before’ pictures. (No, I did not really snap before pictures. And no, Lily did not help clean the toilets, but she did admire my work.)

Oh, I am so relieved that someone else feels my pain. And I’m in awe that you pulled this off. My mother never warned me about this “dirty secret” in a life with three males.
Yes, it is a dirty little secret, AA. Although, I’ll happily take cleaning toilets over the drama that comes with pre-teen girls and hormones. I grew up with many girls in the house, and well – I’m happy to have a house of men. π
I agree!!!
Here here!
You are too funny! I have so enjoyed your posts each day and will miss them.
Welcome to the neighborhood, Rachel. I am glad you’ve enjoyed the crazy. I appreciate your kind words.
Well the only males we have in our house now, are the 2 male cats. I still have to clean their box every day though. Really don’t mind as one is 19 and the other about 4yrs old. The 19 yr old Tiger is hanging in there for me. Couldn’t stand to loose him this time of year. We have coffee together every morning.
Scooping and dumping is a much easier job, if you don’t mind me saying, Libby. (smile) How wonderful that Tiger has enjoyed so many wonderful years with you. Nothing beats mornings spent with our furry companions.
I can tell which toilet you use. The one with the toilet seat in the “down” position.
Except when it is late at night, and I am super tired, and the room is dark …. *splash*
Nicely done, Lenore. I’m sure you’re yearbook would not be complete without documenting the time you spend on the toilets. Or is that with the toilets? Lily is a great supporter!
Ha. No comment. π And yes, Lily is a fantastic supporter.
You have your work cut out for you, Lenore. The one thing we want clean is the toilet. And three males in the house? One has to wonder if they realizeβ¦
Blessings to you, Lenore ~ Maxi
They do not realize, Maxi – that is part of the problem. *sigh* Then again, if I stay on top of it and keep it clean for several days, I wonder if they would follow my lead. I may have to try out that theory. Wish me luck.
*sparkle*
*ting*
π
Glad you noticed the sparkle and ting. Took me FOREVER to get it *that* clean.
You are a saint.
Well – maybe once or twice a year. π
