Welcome to the weekend! After school today, the boys and I went to the park with some friends. Joe’s classmate, Sophie, arrived at the park the same time we arrived. While I do not have any photographic evidence, I am here to tell you I witnessed Joe and Sophie holding hands, as they walked along the path to the playground. Rest assured, there was no romance in the holding of hands.
In other news, Joe asked me to film him while he did one of the playground thing’ga’ma’bob things. Per his request, I filmed my son. Without your request, I am sharing his performance with you. You’re welcome. Now, go slide into your weekend and enjoy it! I’ll clap for you, too. Woo hoo!

GASP!! I heard your voice! Mine is way manly.
I think my voice is manly. Though ‘woo hoo’ is not manly sounding.
Good job, Joe!
Patti, Joe is a dork’alicious kid!
More of those “hang onto memories,” Lenore. Kids are so thrilled with their first feats of wonder, and we think they’re spectacular also.
Yeah, Joe is a dorkalicious kid.
Many Blessings to you and the family – Maxi
He is dorkalicious! I hope he remains confident in his dorky self, too. Thanks for the blessings. I extend the same to you.
Now that is talent!
I can only do that slidy thing if my feet are touching the ground (and something tells me that doesn’t quite count)!
🙂
Sweet! No wonder he’s attracting the opposite sex. Who could resist?
Maybe he gets the sympathy vote?! I’m kidding, I’m kidding. I applaud Joe and his confidence. I hope he remains this confident and kooky throughout his life.
