Make a point to enjoy today as much as possible, because you won’t get a chance to enjoy it again until the year 2016. Of course, if the Mayans are right, you won’t get a chance in 2016, which means it is even more important you enjoy today – February 29, 2012 – to the hilt!
You know the significance of today, right? 2012 is a leap year and February gets an extra day. So go on – leap! Jump into some fun!

The wonder of leap year, an extra day of joy…
Blessings – Maxi
I hope you enjoyed your extra day of the year, Maxi.
Blessing to you.
Seriously? You have a gigantic FROG near your house? Awesome.
Three actually. The third one isn’t in the shot. The owner of the land we explore is the owner of the house that has these frogs. We call his place, “The Frog House”. Pretty dang original, eh?
Too funny — about this being our last Leap Year. Funny I guess unless that’s right? I worked in a small PR firm many years ago and in an office of under 10 people — two of the women had Feb. 29 as their birthdays. That’s a bit odd. Hope you have a great extra day.
Jamie, that is not a bit odd, that is very odd. I hope you had a ‘hoppy’ extra day this leap year!
Love the frog. Very apropos for today!
Why thank you. I planned it. 🙂
Great photo for a very special day. 😀
Hello Mags! Glad you liked the photo. I hope you had a great day.
I’m leaping! I’m leaping! Have a great day!
Excellent job, Chris. Leaping keeps you young. Happy day to you!
Leave it to you to find a huge frog on Leap Day!
I aim to please. 🙂
Not one but two frogs!! And that is why I love coming to your blog!
Thank you, Stasha. I love you coming to my blog! 🙂
very cool, Ms. D! Although, I’m pretty happy that big dude is made of stone… if he was a bit quicker I think I’d have been a bit alarmed!
I first read, “make it a point to do as much as you can EVERY day” and thought…geez what are you trying to do to me! Since it was only yesterday we can still be friends:)
I try to sit on my butt as much as possible every day, Bridget. I would never encourage anyone to be active and productive every day. Trust me on that. 🙂 I’m glad we are still friends.
