Project 366: Day 13

Are you superstitious? Check your calendars … today is Friday the 13th.

My Dad was born on May 13th, which meant celebrating his birthday on the dreaded Friday 13th from time to time. Thankfully, no one was ever hurt, injured or chased by an ax or a knife wielding guy in a mask.

To me, Friday the 13th is just another day on the calendar year. However, if you are feeling a little nervous and anxious today, I have good news. Rocket Dog is alert and ready to tackle any Friday the 13th trickery. Rocket Dog will keep you safe.

  1. Hi,
Well it’s 11pm here on Friday the 13th so it is just about over for me, all is good. 🙂
A few years ago, I had my car stolen from a security car park believe it or not (I’m sure the guys must of been all asleep) and you guessed it, the date was Friday the 13th.

    1. Sha’woo! You made it through Friday the 13th safely, Mags. Here’s hoping April and July yield the same results.
I admit, I do find it hard to believe your car was stolen in a car-park, though when you mention it took place on Friday the 13th it becomes VERY believable. I hope you got your car back. What a pain! Thanks for visiting, Mags!

    1. Thanks, MJ. No, Rocket Dog is not mine. She belongs to my boss. But, when my boss is out of town, Rocket Dog stays with us. My pooches love having her visit (especially Wilbur).

    1. Stasha, I greatly, greatly appreciate your feedback. Please, share the good, the bad and the ugly. I admire your work, and you inspire me to shoot better. Thanks for visiting.

  2. Rocket dog to the rescue! I just want to give him a big ol’ kiss on the schnozz.

PS – don’t walk under any ladders today.

    1. Aw thanks, Nancy. You’re nice to me. (smile) I’m sorry you guys battle allergies in your house. Hey, if you drink a can of Fanta Orange every day, it cures allergies. It’s true! I heard it on the bus!!

That was my thought on the matter. Your comment?
