Are you superstitious? Check your calendars … today is Friday the 13th.
My Dad was born on May 13th, which meant celebrating his birthday on the dreaded Friday 13th from time to time. Thankfully, no one was ever hurt, injured or chased by an ax or a knife wielding guy in a mask.
To me, Friday the 13th is just another day on the calendar year. However, if you are feeling a little nervous and anxious today, I have good news. Rocket Dog is alert and ready to tackle any Friday the 13th trickery. Rocket Dog will keep you safe.

I’m a may the 13th guy too, love the picture
Glad you liked the picture Bunny Chow. And, I’m honored to have my Dad share a birthday with you. Thanks for visiting!
Rocket looks like he’s ready to tackle anything!
Especially squirrels! (smile) Thanks for stopping by, Rachel Maria Kelly!
Soo cute, I want one!
Rocket Dog is a great dog. I’ll let her know you like her, Victoria.
Well it’s 11pm here on Friday the 13th so it is just about over for me, all is good. 🙂
A few years ago, I had my car stolen from a security car park believe it or not (I’m sure the guys must of been all asleep) and you guessed it, the date was Friday the 13th.
Sha’woo! You made it through Friday the 13th safely, Mags. Here’s hoping April and July yield the same results.
I admit, I do find it hard to believe your car was stolen in a car-park, though when you mention it took place on Friday the 13th it becomes VERY believable. I hope you got your car back. What a pain! Thanks for visiting, Mags!
What a cutie! Looks as if he could take on the world. : )
Welcome, JRP! Thank you for stopping by my place and leaving a note. I appreciate it, greatly.
Rocket Dog could definitely take on the world.
Rocket Dog to the rescue!!
Cuteness; is this one yours, too?
Thanks, MJ. No, Rocket Dog is not mine. She belongs to my boss. But, when my boss is out of town, Rocket Dog stays with us. My pooches love having her visit (especially Wilbur).
I want him.
My boss might have a problem with that fact.
What a great shot Lenore!! Love everything about it. And I feel the world can rest because Rocket dog has our back 🙂
Stasha, I greatly, greatly appreciate your feedback. Please, share the good, the bad and the ugly. I admire your work, and you inspire me to shoot better. Thanks for visiting.
Rocket dog to the rescue! I just want to give him a big ol’ kiss on the schnozz.
PS – don’t walk under any ladders today.
Rocket Dog loves kisses!! (Laps, too. I mean, Rocket Dog likes to sit in laps.)
No ladders. Promise.
I want a Rocket Dog, too!
Yeah, yeah – get in line. 🙂
I want one immediately, but sadly, there are way too many allergies in this house. Lenore, you really have a knack for this. Picture perfect!
Aw thanks, Nancy. You’re nice to me. (smile) I’m sorry you guys battle allergies in your house. Hey, if you drink a can of Fanta Orange every day, it cures allergies. It’s true! I heard it on the bus!!
How cute! I’m November 13th. It never bothers me at all.
Glad you liked it, Susan. Here’s to birthdays on the 13th!
Love the perspective on this one Ms. D…
The subject of the photo made it easy. 🙂 I appreciate your feedback, SIG. Thank you.
