Project 366: Day 5

2012: A Photo A Day

Monday through Friday, I pick-up the boys from school. Chuckity-chuck-chuck (not his real name) is dismissed at 2:45. His brother, Bugaboo (not his real name) is dismissed at 3:20. For over 30 minutes, unless we are passing the time on the playground, this is the face I see in my rear-view mirror (it’s his real face).

  1. This is the cutest and sweetest photograph I’ve ever seen. But Lenore, from where you got these names “Chuckity-chuck-chuck” and “Bugaboo”? 🙂

  2. Awesome awesome pic!!!! I only see two dogs when I await Noah, but mostly they are in my immediate peripheral vision, trying to sneak into the front seat. Actually, my first picture for 366 is Lukey waiting patiently for Noah James.

    1. I love the fact that the shot of Lukey was while in the car waiting for Noah. I take the pups with me, sometimes. The weather has to be good, though – 30 minutes is torture if it is too hot, and I can’t walk ’em around the school grounds.

    1. Stasha, he is so handsome he will be a HANDFUL as a teenager. Shoot, the kid is already getting away with things, and he is just in Kindergarten. I am afraid. I am very afraid. Can you imagine a real name of Chuckity-Chuck-chuck? Poor child.

    1. Yes, they are glad I did not name them Chuckity-chuck-chuck or Bugaboo, though I do call them those names at home. Bugaboo wishes I would stop.
      Thank you for the compliment!

  3. He certainly approves of your driving skills
and I like your photographic one’s also, now
pop your hands back on the steering wheel
and apply the handbrake 🙂 Just kidding…

    Happy New Year 2012 🙂

    1. Welcome to the neighborhood, Androgoth. Any friend of SIG is a friend of mine. Wait – you are a friend of SIG’s right?! Er um …
Oh and no worries, when the ignition is on I always face forward and keep my hands at 10 and 2. Promise!

    1. This project is a nice way to capture the boys throughout the year. I will more than likely order a photo book from Shutterfly when all is said and done. Memories in the making.

That was my thought on the matter. Your comment?
