In case you are new here, I am on day sixteen of 25 days and 25 different performances of the Christmas song, “O Holy Night”. For those of you who are not new, please pardon my repetitive opening throughout the course of these 25 days.
Two of my sisters and I love the song “O Holy Night”. After a series of emails with one of my sisters, I came up with the idea of sharing different versions/performances of the song “O Holy Night”.
We are down to the final ten, folks. Welcome to version number sixteen.
When I mentioned I was going to share 25 different versions of the song “O Holy Night” leading up to Christmas, many people asked me if I was going to include this performer. Truth be told, I feared repercussions if I did not include this particular singer.
This person has a beautiful voice with an incredible range, and I’m certain you’ll agree this version belongs in the top ten. Rather than keep you waiting for one of the singers you expected, I’m sharing her performance with you now.
Please enjoy Céline Dion, as she sings “O Holy Night”.
Fabulous, Céline Dione is the one singer who could do it acappella.
You are absolutely right, Maxi. She could probably sing most anything beautifully acappella.
Lenore although i never heard this one before, but Celine Dion is one of my all time fav singer. Actually the first singer name that i came to know, who did not belong to my country was “Celine Dion”. And the first song i ever remembered was “My heart will go on”. That was during my school days. She really sings from heart. I hope you it’s the same Celine Dion.:)
Glad you liked it, Arindam. The song from the movie Titanic was quite popular. She sings that song beautifully, too.
Sigh…I love this. It might be my favorite.
Stick around – you still have 9 left. Glad you loved this one!
Lovely.
Exquisite!!! I love her voice. (And, as an aside, I just figured out that I can direct the falling snow with my mouse!)
Isn’t that funny? That you can move the snow? Glad you figured it out – now enjoy playing! (smile)
Thanks for visiting, M2M. I am happy you enjoyed her performance.
I love this series. My day is not complete until I hear the latest rendition. Thank you for doing this.
Yay! I am glad you are enjoying this, Georgette. I cannot believe I am down to 9 days.
Thanks for sticking around and listening.
Ah, Celine…you can sing any carol and I’d love it! Thanks, Lenore.
You are welcome, Amy. Thank you for listening.
I love to hear her sing, and yes, I would have guessed she’d make your list.
