I am getting this picture posted just under the “Day 258” wire. After school, the boys and I went to the park with friends. Playing at the park led to an invitation to continue playing and eat supper at a friend’s house, which led to a late departure for home and a late return home. What a wonderful afternoon and evening these buddies had together.

I am married. We have two boys, two dogs, and two cats. I am on the Oxford Comma team. I look forward to my first large cup of coffee, black, every single morning, and I look forward to that second large cup of coffee, still black, every single afternoon.

My daughter had a friend like that. They’d spend the night at one house after school Friday, and when picked up the following day, more often than not, both went to the other family’s house–knowing we’d retrieve our own after church Sunday. I’m glad Charlie has a good buddy.
What a wonderful thing for your daughter, Patti. If Sammy and Charlie lived closer to each other, I’m certain they would spend more time together.
They look so happy, Lenore; may their friendship continue through the years.

I have the same hope, Maxi. Blessings to you.
Love the shot!! They even look like great buddies.
Thank you, M2M. They are the best of buds. It’s neat to see them together.
They could be models for Gap Kids. So handsome!
Thank you, Bella. I agree with you. 🙂
