You may have heard of the Bay of Fundy, which is famous for the extreme tide change. Amherst Shore is not located along the shoreline of the Bay of Fundy, but the tides of the Northumberland Strait, where Amherst Shore is located, are still impressive. When this picture was taken, the tide was still heading out.

I am married. We have two boys, two dogs, and two cats. I am on the Oxford Comma team. I look forward to my first large cup of coffee, black, every single morning, and I look forward to that second large cup of coffee, still black, every single afternoon.

A lovely photo.
Thank you. The fact that the area is lovely makes the picture taking easy.
Yes. The area looks amazing. I loved your cottage too. 🙂
Thank you, Christine. It is gorgeous here. Truly.
No worries. It does look beautiful. Best wishes:)
We were just there about a month ago — Annapolis Royal and Tatamagouche.
I hope you’re having a great time, Lenore.
Charles, my Mom visits Tatamagouche several times while here. And, she returns home with several pounds of Tatamagouche butter. There is no better butter.
What an interesting photo. More beach!
I took the picture from the bank, Patti. The beach, the bank, the shore – everything about this place is unique. This place is the best kept secret. Don’t tell anyone. 🙂
Ahhh …. I just know you’re all having fun making memories there … 🙂 MJ
So many memories, MJ. When I returned from my morning walk today, I said to Rob, “This place is ridiculously beautiful.”
