Did I mention narrowing the 26 entries down to five was tough? Did I mention I was overwhelmed with the number of entries received? Yes, I mentioned both those facts.
Now, let me tell you I was thrilled to see the number of votes received. Close to 100 people voted in my Dog Gone Good Contest! Nearly 100!

The two legged owner of this pooch wins a free pint of Ben & Jerry’s ice cream (seriously). And the pooch? The pooch wins a donation to her favorite animal charity.
Without further ado, please give a round of applause to Penny. Penny was voted Top Dog. And yes, that is a tiara on her head.
