Project 366: Day 186

Georgette put the bug in my ear, so my pictures today are in honor of her. She noted Jojo’s white fur and red eyes, mentioning a bit of blue would make him a patriotic rabbit. Though I did not find the best ribbon, I did what I could to have her idea come to fruition. The fact that Jojo would not emerge from his cage told me he was not amused.

To my American friends I bid you all a “Happy Independence Day”! (To see the pictures larger, just click on one and you can scroll through the others.)

  1. Oh no…a caged rabbit! Maybe by this afternoon, he will come out and enjoy his freedom. Good job finding ribbon in your man cave, LD! Thank you for the shout out. 🙂
    Peace, Jojo.

    1. You are welcome for the shout-out, Georgette. It is great to see you in the blogpshere again. I need to go read your post from July 1st. I seem to be behind.
Jojo is enjoying his independence now. I released him from the horror that was the blue ribbon. 🙂

    1. Though he tried to turn his head and snag the ribbon – he was not successful, MJ. And, to his pleasure, the ribbon was removed immediately after the pictures were taken. Peace is restored to Jojo. 🙂

    1. You know, MJ – I sent Darla a note and alerted her of your Gravatar. Do you have a bit of Maine in your blood? Do you find yourself craving the plaid that fills the clothing racks in LL Bean? Hmmmm? Whatever your answers, you have good taste in plaid mugs.

Now, with regards to Jojo. Clearly, he wears his emotions on his paws, because though he did not protest at my dressing him, there was no doubt that he was not amused.

      1. I do not have any Maine in my blood, though I’ve been an LL Bean fan for decades. I’ve had the mug for years (it’s Eddie Bauer, BTW! hehe). And yes, I LOVE plaid. I’m the original plaid-lovin’, coffee-gulping dude!! 🙂

That was my thought on the matter. Your comment?
