Project 366: Day 78

I am speaking softly for all those who may have over indulged on St. Patrick’s Day.

Nice thing about Sundays… you can rest, take two aspirin and call me in the morning. (Please don’t call me. I don’t like phones.)

Here’s to enjoying some quiet time today. Shhh…

  1. Nice shot….I hate phones as well. My kids get so mad because I usually don’t even know where my cell phone is, let alone whether it is on (or charged).

I didn’t indulge at all – even though your pictures of Guinness did give me an urge to consume. It passed quickly.

Enjoy your Sunday, Lenore. Rest and recharge.

    1. I hope you enjoy(ed) your Sunday, K8. Resting and recharging is necessary in life. Might as well save it for Sundays. And like you, I didn’t indulge at all on St. Patrick’s Day. Glad you liked the shot, and no worries – I won’t call you! 🙂

  2. Another great close up. I do hate phones, too, and keep my voicemail deliberately full so as not to pick up another one. So time consuming to listen to the lady, options, etc. Just for the record I am accessible via texting.
I offered Andy a Shiner Bock and merlot, but he preferred the water in the pond. Sensible guy.

    1. Thank you, Georgette. I am happy to know Andy is using his better judgement with you. He may still have a hangover from his overindulgence at K8’s house, while she was sick. Silly Andy.

    1. Thank you, Amy. I took that picture at Amherst Shore, Nova Scotia. That is the view my Mom has from her cottage. Not too shabby, eh? I hope to get up there this Summer.

    1. Thank you. I decided to promote the photography more, since this year seems to involve more pictures than writing. No worries on using your quiet voice. I didn’t indulge. 🙂

That was my thought on the matter. Your comment?
