Welcome to the weekend, Friends!
Today’s photo doesn’t really coincide with Friday. The main reason I am sharing this picture is because I like it. We pass this old abandoned house just about every day, and the house causes my imagination to run wild.
May your weekend be more than you imagined!

I am married. We have two boys, two dogs, and two cats. I am on the Oxford Comma team. I look forward to my first large cup of coffee, black, every single morning, and I look forward to that second large cup of coffee, still black, every single afternoon.

Woo-hoo, ready for spring break!
Woo hoo!
Wow.
Did you hear any ghosts?
That does look like a Bo Radley house if I’ve even seen one. Great pic.
Thanks, Jamie.
It’s such a cute little house. To think at one time it was someone’s new home, and all the history it holds kept silent.
I love that Patti — the idea that the house was new at one point. Amazing. I truly wish trees, houses, etc. could talk. I’d love to hear their tales.
I bet you could write some stories about that house or the people who might have lived there.
I don’t know if I could, Jackie; but, I believe someone could. I feel as though I can see the stories swirling around the house, but the words are for someone else to capture.
It is a cute little place – I hate seeing empty houses. They need voices, laughter, love…
Agreed. Laughter, voices, love fill a home.
Hi,
The house would make an excellent background for a ghost story. 😀
But it would like very nice renovated as well. 🙂
That of course should be “look very nice”. it’s Saturday morning that is my only excuse. 🙂
Hi Mags, it’s late here, and I read your comment as ‘look very nice’. 🙂 Oops!
I agree on both counts, Mags.
