Project 366: Day 298 Crossing the Bridge of Time

Day 298. Grasp that for a moment. We are getting closer to the end of this year. Have you read the children’s book, “The Monster at the End of this Book”? It is a Golden Book, and lovable, furry, old Grover is the main character. Hands down, that book is my favorite childhood book.

In the book, Grover is focusing on the monster at the end of the book. He doesn’t want you to turn the pages, because turning pages will bring you closer to the end of the book, and there is a monster at the end of the book. “So please,” Grover pleads. “Stop turning pages!”

Project 366: Day 296 I Spy a Cat

A friend of mine was going to be gone for most of the day, and she asked me if I would stop by her place to let the dog out for a bit of a porch break. While I was happy to do this favor for a friend, I also loved the opportunity to walk along their property and snap some pictures of the pooch. Of course, the pooch wasn’t the only critter looking for company.

Tabitha is almost hidden in grass and wood.
