Getting Wilbur and Cherokee to look at me at the same time is no small feat. If I find them near each other, the instant I try to get their attention, Wilbur gets up and comes to me. On this day, I was able to get Wilbur to stay put. The magic phrase for this shot was “Where is Daddy?”.

Yesterday I showed the reaction I get when I ask Cherokee if she wants to go for a walk. Here is Wilbur’s reaction to the following question, “Wilbur, do you want a treat?!”
One question I’m always never asked is “How do you get your dogs to look so bright-eyed in your pictures?”
