Project 366: Day 344 Christmas Cacti

There was a time when I would take the boys to the grocery store with me and they would ask if we could buy a plant. Actually, most every time I take the boys to the grocery store they continue to ask if we can buy a plant. One word (of many words) people would not use to describe me is ‘gardener’. So, the fact that the three plants the boys brought home with them over a year and a half ago are not only alive but also thriving is…a Christmas miracle.

Project 366: Day 343 The toilet. Yes, the toilet.

Less than 25 days remain in Project 366. Because this project is a snapshot of a year in my life, I wanted to document that for at least one day this year, the toilet in the boys’ bathroom is clean. For the record, the toilet in master bathroom is also clean. Living with three males, clean toilets do not last long. I’ll spare you the ‘before’ pictures. (No, I did not really snap before pictures. And no, Lily did not help clean the toilets, but she did admire my work.)
