Project 366: Day 64

Yesterday, a friend of mine treated me to a birthday breakfast at a place in downtown Woodstock. After our incredibly yummy meal, I asked her if we could walk around for a little while, so I could search for a perfect Sunday photo.

The previous night brought with it mild temperatures and storms, though the morning greeted us with a chilly dampness that cut to the bone. Downtown Woodstock has several cute shops, but my jacketless-self was a little too cold to spend too much time window and photo shopping. Thankfully, the perfect shot was easy to locate.

Project 366: Day 63

Before we get to the picture, I want to extend my thoughts and prayers to the victims of the tornadoes throughout Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana, Tennessee, Alabama, Georgia, etc. Seems with every passing hour, reports are coming in about more damage found and more lives lost.

Tonight, we had to head to the basement for a period of time. Thankfully, the system with the tornado moved just south of us.

On a lighter note, prior to the storms, Joe was enjoying pizza and a movie with is friend, who was staying the night with us. After the pizza, the boys were treated to ice cream. Good thing they didn’t give ice cream up for Lent. Slackers. (kidding!) Continue reading “Project 366: Day 63”
