Today is Good Friday, as well as the start of Passover. Both holidays leave me with a sense of rebirth – forgiveness of sin and freedom from slavery.
The sense of rebirth reminds me of a butterfly, which begins as a caterpillar and ends with beautiful wings that take flight. With that as the inspiration, I improvised. Happy holidays.

I am married. We have two boys, two dogs, and two cats. I am on the Oxford Comma team. I look forward to my first large cup of coffee, black, every single morning, and I look forward to that second large cup of coffee, still black, every single afternoon.

Tell me those are not Charlie and Joey’s feet.
Hilarious, Georgette! Those feet belong to my neighbor’s girls. Oh, the shoes belong to the neighbor’s girls, too.
Adorable!!! Something we never see with sons.
But if we did, it would be OK. 🙂
Cute! Georgette stole my question.
Hee, hee. Glad you liked it, Patti.
Your words and idea with butterflies touch my heart, Patti. May you and your family have a Blessed Easter – Maxi
Oops, sorry Lenore. Going through a lot lately, not myself. Blessings – Maxi
No worries, Maxi. Patti has a thing for butterflies, too. I am glad you liked the sentiment and it touched your heart. I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers, as I am sorry to hear you are going through a lot lately. Blessings to you, and Happy Easter. ~ Lenore
